Sizing Guide

Beaumont Organics sizing works on a Small, Medium and Large basis.

• Small is recommended for a UK size 8-10
• Medium is recommended for a UK size 10-12
• Large is recommended for a UK size 12-14

Please see the size chart, below, which can act as a guideline when purchasing  Beaumont Organic. Our fitted basic styles come up quite small to regular sizes so we  recommend buying the next size up if you are at the higher end of your size bracket.  However, our volume tops and dresses are cut on the bias and fit very generously.

Packaging

Presentation is something upon which Beaumont Organic prides itself. Whether it be our drawstring bags, in which our basic collection is sold, or our swing tag detail, we know that the finishing touches are what makes a garment into an extra special gift for yourself or a friend.

Our packing for our e-shop is, therefore, no exception. All orders are gift wrapped as standard at no extra charge. We use the finest recycled tissue paper to wrap your garment, which is then placed into a recycled Beaumont Organic box and wrapped in more recycled paper for posting. All our packaging is recycled and we actively encourage you to continue recycling it, either in the traditional manner or by re-using our Beaumont Organic box for storage in your home.

Definitions

 ‘Customer’ is the person referred to as the buyer who is purchasing the goods.

Welcome to the Beaumont Organic website which is operated from our registered office at 5, Mayfield Road, Bramhall, Stockport, SK7 1JU, England. This website is wholly owned by Beaumont Organic.

Use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Price

1.1. UK prices are quoted in British pounds inclusive of VAT, postage and packing costs.
1.2. Overseas prices are quoted in the relevant currency, postage and packing costs are as follows:

2. Payment

2.1. Online payment using PAY PAL method of payment. Payment to be made in relevant currency as advised in clause 1.2.

2.2. The following credit cards can be used: VISA, SWITCH, MASTER CARD, MAESTRO, DIRECT DEBIT.

3. Retention of Title

Title of the invoiced goods will only pass to the customer once full payment of the invoice is received.

4. Delivery/Postage

4.1. UK-recorded delivery- Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Beaumont Organic will acknowledge on receipt of order if there is any change to the delivery period.

4.2. Overseas-recorded delivery- conditions as above except please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

4.3. Product unavailability will be acknowledged as soon as possible and money refunded.

4.4. Beaumont Organic is not responsible for any lost order by a third party once the goods have left Beaumont Organic registered premises. If the received goods are damaged, a refund or exchange will be accepted only if the goods are returned within 7 working days from the signed receipt of the goods, with the original packaging to our registered office.

4.5. Packaging- every effort will be made to pack the goods as advised in our packaging section. However, Beaumont Organic reserves the right to send the goods in alternative suitable secure packaging if necessary.

5. Returned goods and cancelled orders

5.1. Beaumont Organic will only accept returned goods if the customer complies with clause 5.

5.2. If the goods are defective or ordered incorrectly the customer will receive a full refund, credit note or exchange. The goods must be returned to us before a full refund, credit note or exchange can be made.

5.3. Beaumont Organic can not be held responsible for goods sent by a customer which are lost in transit.

5.4. If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the return procedure outlined in clauses 6 will apply. If the procedure is not adhered to, the order will be deemed valid and the customer liable for full payment.

5.5. All returned goods must be returned in the original packaging to ensure goods are not damaged in transit.

5.6. Please note, undergarments (namely knickers) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.  

6. Product acceptance

The customer shall inspect the goods and notify Beaumont Organic within 7 working days from receipt of goods if there is a reason for rejection. If notification is not received within 7 working days, Beaumont Organic will assume the goods are satisfactory and any rejection will not be acceptable beyond this period. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

 7. Force Majeure

Beaumont Organic shall not be liable to the customer for any loss or damage which may be suffered by the customer as a direct or indirect result of the supply of Goods by Beaumont Organic being prevented, hindered, delayed or rendered uneconomic by any cause whatsoever beyond Beaumont Organics control and in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing by Act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, Government controls restrictions or prohibitions or any other Government act or omission whether local or national, fire, flood, subsidence, sabotage, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, strike or lock out, trade dispute or labour disturbance or difficulty or increased expense in obtaining labour, materials, or transport or other circumstances affecting the supply of Goods or raw materials by Beaumont Organic’s normal source of supply or the manufacturer of the Goods, or the delivery of Goods by Beaumont Organic’s normal route or means of delivery.    

8. Severance and Waiver

(a) In the event of any part of these conditions being ineffective for any reason, the remainder thereof shall constitute the conditions binding upon the parties. (b) Failure or neglect by Beaumont Organic to enforce at any time any of the provisions hereof shall not be construed as nor be deemed to be a waiver of Beaumont Organics rights hereunder nor shall such failure or neglect in any way effect the validity of the whole or any part of these terms and conditions and Beaumont Organics right to take subsequent action shall not be prejudiced thereby.       

9. Privacy policy

9.1. All data received is processed and managed in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998. Beaumont Organic retains this information on a secure server. Credit card details are not retained.

9.2. Beaumont Organic will never request credit card details by email. If this request is made claiming it is from Beaumont Organic, do not respond and advise Beaumont Organic immediately.

10. Legal notice

10.1. Beaumont Organic reserves the right to amend, delete and alter any terms and conditions without notice. Updated conditions of sale will be immediately published once these changes have been made.

10.2. Beaumont Organic reserves the absolute right to amend, modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently the Beaumont Organic website without notice.

10.3. All rights including copyright in this website are owned or licensed by Beaumont Organic. Modification, distribution and reposting any material on this website are strictly prohibited.

11. Marketing literature

Unless the appropriate box is ticked, marketing literature will be sent to the customer. This will be sent by email advising you of new products, special offers or promotions.

12. General

12.1. Beaumont Organic make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information provided, namely goods description, colour of goods and general marketing materials are accurate. Beaumont Organic does not provide warranties to its accuracy or completeness. Moreover Beaumont Organic will not be responsible for any errors or omissions arising from such information.

12.2. Beaumont Organic shall not be liable to any person or persons for any loss or damage arising from the use of the information provided on the Beaumont Organic website. 

12.3. Beaumont Organic shall not be liable to any person or persons for loss or damage arising owing to the failure of the customer not protecting their password or account details. All personal data must be accurate and complete including invoice, delivery addresses and postcodes. Any changes must be notified to Beaumont Organic immediately.

12.4. Beaumont Organic makes all reasonable endeavours to secure the reliable accurate flow of information whilst using the Beaumont Organic website. However Beaumont Organic can not be liable for any misinterpretation, error, disruption, corruption or loss of material when information is downloaded within a computer system.

12.5. Beaumont Organic use its best endeavours to ensure its website has no defects or viruses. Thus Beaumont Organic can not be held responsible for any damage or error arising on the customer’s computer when accessing Beaumont Organic’s website.

12.6. The complete and entire liability of Beaumont Organic shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered, except as advised in these conditions.

13. Legal Interpretation

Any agreement to which these terms and conditions apply shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with such agreement shall be determined by the English Courts
