The pasticceria and cioccolateria was opened in 1906, and over a decade later still prepares their food with the best fresh ingredients, according to traditional production methods. Foccaccia is a flat oven-baked bread, which can be topped with various ingredients such as olive oil and salt, herbs, onion, cheese and vegetables and herbs and is very popular within Italy.
