This week, we put buyer at Cavells Tiffany Ross through our 60 seconds interview. Here's what she had to say about her favourite things, places and investments for the new AW13 season!

Give us a brief history of how you got to where you are now: "I started working for Corry (Managing Director, Bradshaw Taylor) aged 19 and have moved through a variety of positions from selling mail-order aerobics wear to a stint working at Harrods as area manager for Camel. At Harrods, I was fortunate to be offered a place on their Visual Merchandising Course which led to my next role at Cavells as a Visual Merchandiser which I juggled whilst looking after my two small babies at that time. After a few years of this, I started as Buyer for Cavells which seems to take up more and more time as each year passes.
What's the favourite part of your job? Buying, and seeing the end result on a happy customer. What's the biggest hurdle or challenge you have faced or still face? Buying for our new(ish) Cavells website – www.cavells.co.uk

Where's your favourite restaurant? If I’m working in London it has to be Carluccios. On a night out with family and friends I love the Berkeley Arms – a gastropub in a pretty Rutland village close to home.
What are you reading right now? The Loving Spirit by Daphne du Maurier – I am in a book club and this month we thought we should go for a classic.
Who's your most stylish celebrity – or who do you admire? I admire Kirsty Allsopp for her effortless style, whether she is painting an old kitchen chair or presenting at Chelsea Flower Show. We were very excited to receive an order on-line from her for a Tucker floral silk dress
What's your investment piece for the autumn? Tucker silk dresses, Penelope Chilvers boots, Anya Hindmarch handbag and Beaumont Organics separates.
What's your secret to success? Am I successful?!
What's your moto or saying for life? F.I.S.H!
