How you can get involved in Fairtrade Fortnight

With Fairtrade Fortnight ongoing, here at Beaumont Organic, we thought we would share some ways for you to get involved in the campaign and show your support. Whether that be from the food you buy to the clothes you wear or even a small donation, we hope you are able to shop consciously and support Fairtrade not only throughout the Fairtrade fortnight campaign but in the future too.

Here are some ways you can help:

Shop consciously
Being aware of your purchases and how they can have an impact on others lives can really make a difference. We hope you can shop consciously from food to clothes, in order to support Fairtrade issues. Our collections here at 49 Hilton Street are all ethically made with a traceable supply chain, ensuring we support others and create a sustainable future for fashion.

Sign the petition
Fairtrade is calling on the UK Government to make sure our trade with developing countries puts poverty reduction first, delivering living incomes for all. Sign the petition here.

There is a simple online donation process, where you could donate an amount of your choice, or even just £1.86 the amount per day that farmers need to earn to achieve a living income to make a difference to others. Donate here.

Fairtrade have accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Follow them on social media to help share the campaign and raise awareness of the issues.

We also have a collaboration coming up with one of our Fairtrade friend's Little Miracles, keep an eye out on their page to find out what’s coming up!

We hope you can help out in any way possible,
Thank you, the team at Beaumont Organic x
