A FEW DAYS IN THE ALGARVE

After a long week in Porto working with the factories it is always nice to fly South and spend a few days relaxing. It is not always possible but when it is it's IDYLLIC.  The Algarve boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in Europe and some of the freshest fish are on the menu in the beach side restaurants. After just a few days here I am fully recharged and ready to return to the busy office... it is a must visit for every busy person seeking a few days of relaxation! Our favourite room was the ball room where families with daughters would present their beautiful girls to the society once a year at the annual ball. Dressed in ball gowns and black tie families would dance the night away and seek suitors for there beloved children.

The Manor consists of 13 perfectly built villas in Cape Dutch style. From here we visited the crater and rode horses around the plantation.       Our third stop was the Serengeti Bush Tops – without a doubt...

We visited Porto during our recent factory trip and found out a little more information about where our clothing is made and the culture behind this beautiful city. Located along the Douro river estuary in northern Portugal, Porto is one of the oldest European centres, and was registered as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1996. (Douro River at night) We stayed in the area of Foz do Douro, known for being one of the more swanky areas of the city, at the Hotel Boavista. Located on the western side of Porto where the...
