ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

Our order cut-off dates for Christmas delivery are below:

UK - Midnight GMT Wednesday, December 18th

International - Midnight GMT Sunday, December 14th

We dispatch twice a week.

Orders placed before Sunday midnight will be processed on Mondays and collected by couriers on Tuesday, orders placed before Wednesday midnight will be processed on Thursday and collected by couriers on Friday.

On dispatch from us, you will receive an email to tell you your parcel is on its way. If for any reason you do not receive this email, please get in touch via hello@beaumontorganic.com and we will track your order for you.

If you select United Kingdom by accident, we will need to contact you to collect full payment.

Unfortunately we are no longer trading in the European Union.

Please be assured that your ability to return items and assess our customer service is not affected.

Custom and duty charges are at the discretion of the receipting country's customs agency. 

Custom and duty charges are calculated by the receiving country depending on the category of goods.

These fees will vary from country to country and are charged through the shipping company by your government.

The fees are not included at checkout.

We are not currently aware of any delays and you should expect to receive your order within 10-14 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard delivery $32. 

FREE Shipping on orders over $250.

If for any reason you fail to pay any fees associated with your delivery or fail to make yourself available to receive or collect your order, your courier will take action by either returning your order to our office or, on occasion, destroying your package.

If the order is returned to us, you will be refunded for the value of your order minus a £50 admin fee to cover two-way shipping costs and administration.

On occasion, the courier company may destroy the order if they have not received payment. In this case, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you have the right to do so.

Please note that due to the large size of our Dog Baskets and Moses Baskets, these items shipping fees are higher than on smaller packages and these items are exempt from the free shipping offer.

Heavy items such as furniture, yoga mats and homeware items may also have an additional fee due to weight.

This will be clearly added at checkout before payment is taken.

Using super eco recycled packaging, we gift wrap all of your orders as standard, with no extra charge to make your purchase an extra special gift for you or a friend. Recycling is so important to us that we encourage you to find a new life for your order box, and if you can't then please don’t just throw it away – recycle it!
