As many of us know, the textile industry is the second most harmful to the planet and unless we change the way that we produce and consume our clothing, soon we will have nothing left to work with!
The mass scale on which we demand clothing to be made and the rapidity of changing trends both contribute to the way we can irresponsibly discard our redundant clothing. Here at Beaumont Organic we’ve always been an ambassador for the environment by producing high-quality, ethically sourced clothing that supports the eco-fashion-mantra of “Buy well, choose less” as our pieces are well-made, timeless and versatile, meaning that they can be worn from season to season and remain a staple in your wardrobe.
We’ve now made things even easier for you and are offering £10 off a £100 shop with us when you bring in a bag of unwanted clothing or accessories (from any brand) and we will donate them to local Manchester charities.
Here's what to do:
- Bring a shopping-bag sized load of your unwanted clothes and/or accessories into our beautiful concept store at 49 Hilton Street, Manchester.
- We’ll give you a £10 voucher to spend off your next order of £100 either online or in-store (only one voucher per purchase can be used and must be used within 1 year).
- Your clothes are given a second, third or fourth life and are donated to those who need them – the charity we are currently supporting is The Mustard Tree.
The Mustard Tree is a local charity based in Manchester that supports vulnerable adults in Manchester through workshops, employment and volunteering – they often need clothing & furniture donations and we are very happy to be working with them! You can read more about them here.
