Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this time.


If for any reason you need to return your purchases to us, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you will be returning some or all of your styles.

From this day, you will then have a further 14 days to return any unwanted styles. Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and return this with the items you would like to refund or exchange in the original or otherwise suitable packaging.
You can also send an email to to let us know you're returning the item so we can be ready to process your refund. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume you are satisfied with your purchase and will be unable to honour any refunds beyond this point. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We do not accept any returns or exchanges of knickers. This is clearly stated on each product in addition to this page.
If you return knickers to us we will not refund the order or return them to you.



Of course, we hope that you love your purchases from us, however we do understand that sometimes you might change your mind and want to send some things back to us.

In order for us to process your refund, credit note or exchange, the goods must be returned back to us in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, Beaumont Organic cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit therefore we advise that you use a tracked or 'signed for' service.
Please complete the returns form received with your order and also use the address label provided.

Please keep your receipt as proof of sending when returning your order until you have received your refund.

If you would like to exchange your purchases for a different size or colour, or even a different style, there is no charge for an exchange within the UK, you will simply pay or be refunded the difference of the balance between the two items.
You will have to pay to send the items back to us, but we will pay for postage for the new item to you.


If you are outside of the UK, you will need to re-pay the shipping fee when we send out an exchange and when sending us back an order for a refund.
You will also need to contact us in advance for Customs forms in order for the order to be returned back to us correctly.
If orders are returned without contacting us or using incorrect or no forms, we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Please state RETURNED GOODS on all customs paperwork.
